Michael Keaton is an American actor, producer and director who is most well-known for his role in the film 'Birdman. A versatile actor he is skilled in playing comedy in addition to dramatic parts. He's also played some romantic characters as well as played in numerous action films during his professional career. As a teen, he became interested in acting and performing. When he was an adult, he attempted stand-up comics. The show was not an enviable profession in comedy, but it opened the door for an acting career. Not able to achieve success in the field of comedy, he picked up a job as cameraman on television at a cable channel. As he was doing his work, he came to discover that he would like to appear in front of the camera. After landing a job in a television show, he appeared on numerous episodes on Mister Rogers Neighborhood. So it was not a surprise He quickly became a renowned TV actor. After establishing a successful movie career, his funny performance earned him lots of recognition. He gained even more fame when he played Batman, the titular superhero in Tim Burton's Batman. He grew in his abilities as an actor, and started to pursue direction and production. The performance he made in 2014's Birdman earned him several nominations and prizes.
