Alexandra Maria Lara has been a Romanian/German television and film actress for over a decade. Alexandra is famous for her roles on Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the only daughter of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. At the age of 16she already been offered a variety of television roles which included the leading role in the film Downfall Youth without Youth Control. Following her highly acclaimed performance in the television film Der Tunnel, Alexandra went on to play other noteworthy characters like Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudljunge in Downfall. This film won an Oscar and won critical and commercial popularity. The Reader, Der Baader Meinhof Komplex and The Reader are also Oscar-nominated movies featuring this beautiful diva. Alexandra was involved in a variety of notable national and international projects through the years. These projects included British biographical feature Control Greek dramatic film The Dust of Time French historical Miniseries Napoleon and many more.
